Full bodied and complex. We fell in love with this single vineyard wine! The nose jumps out of the glass with delightful aromatics and freshness: sun-blush apricot, black jellybean, nougat with hints of floral such as jasmine or apple blossom. Wonderful with prawns or any fish.

Made by Bodega Norton, Winemaker of the Year 2012, this wine is rich ruby red in color with purple hints. Fresh fruit, cinnamon, and cherry aromas. Very attractive velvety feel on the palate, delicious finish. Perfect with any red meat and cheese.

This 100% Pinot Noir comes from vineyards in the region’s coolest areas set at altitude. It is a fruity , light wine offering notes of ripe cherry, wild raspberry and spices, as well as silky tannins and an elegant, balanced finish.

Made by former rugby star Gérard Bertrand, now a winemaking rockstar, a Syrah Mourvèdre blend giving buckets of bramble fruit allied to leathery spicy notes, medium-bodied and a rounded soft palate.

It is a bottom fermented beer with a golden colour. This colouring is a result of the type of malt used in brewing.
